28 April 2023: Vue International group (‘Vue International’ or ‘Vue’), the largest privately held cinema group in Europe, has appointed Katrina Cliffe and Henry Birch to its non-executive board of directors, completing its board appointments.

Katrina Cliffe currently holds non-executive director roles at DCC plc and International Personal Finance Plc where she is also a member of the audit committee, having held executive roles at American Express, Lloyds Banking Group plc, Goldfish Bank and MBNA Europe Bank. Katrina has held non-executive roles at HomeServe plc where she was a senior independent director and chair of the remuneration committee, as well as Naked Wines Plc and L&C Mortgages. Katrina has extensive experience across the payments industry and broader financial services.

Henry Birch has held multiple CEO roles including at The Very Group, The Rank Group, William Hill Online and Leisure & Gaming plc. He has also held non-executive roles at Plus 500 plc and was trustee & chair of the audit committee at GambleAware. During his previous executive roles, Henry focused on developing customer centric strategies, ensuring each organisation became more data driven and technology enabled.

Katrina and Henry will join Tom Singer, non-executive director and chair of Vue International’s audit committee, and Stella David, Vue International’s non-executive chair, both of whom were appointed earlier this year.
