London, June 7, 2019 - Vue International Bidco plc (“Vue”) confirms guidance for LTM May 2019 EBITDA of £123.2m representing LTM EBITDA growth of approximately £6.0m for the period 1 May 2019 to 31 May 2019 compared to the recently reported position of £117.2m for the LTM April 2019 period.

In addition Vue closed its acquisition of the Cinema3D circuit in Poland on 24 May 2019. The acquisition is estimated to deliver annual EBITDA of £2.0m before synergies thereby increasing Vue’s LTM May19 EBITDA from £123.2m to £125.2m on a pro forma basis.

Vue’s net debt position was c.£609m at 31 May 2019 and is stated after payments made to acquire the Cinema3D business.

The resulting net leverage is 4.86x which represents a reduction of 0.4x since April 2019 and a reduction of 0.8x since the reported position of 5.7x for Q1 2019.
