16 February 2023: Vue International group ('Vue International' or 'Vue'), the largest privately held cinema group in Europe, has appointed Tom Singer as non-executive director and chair of the audit committee. Singer has more than 25 years' board experience in private and public companies and is currently a non-executive director at Halfords Group PLC, Mediclinic International PLC as well as a fintech business.

Previously, Singer has held the role of chief financial officer at a number of internationally recognised consumer businesses including: InterContinental Hotels Group PLC, BUPA and William Hill PLC and spent his early career at McKinsey and Price Waterhouse. Former non-executive director roles have included Domino's Pizza Eurasia N.V. and student accommodation business Liberty Living.

Tim Richards, CEO and founder of Vue International said: "I'm delighted to welcome Tom as our latest appointment to the board. Tom's experience will be hugely valuable for our business and the industry during this critical moment, and as we look to future opportunities."

The news follows the Group's recent appointment of Stella David as its non-executive chair. Stella, who joined Vue International in January commented: "This is a pivotal moment for the industry and a very exciting time to be joining Vue. I'm looking forward to working with Tom alongside the wider leadership team as the business continues to manage the strong recovery we are seeing in our business post pandemic."
