Vue  International has appointed Euan Sutton as Group General Counsel. Euan will join the business in January 2015 and be responsible for advising the group on risk management, mergers & acquisitions and large scale transactions.

He will report into the group management board headed by CEO Tim Richards. Euan joins from TUI Travel Plc where he was General Counsel Aviation, Hotels and Emerging Markets and brings extensive experience of M&A and joint ventures.  Prior to working at TUI, he had roles at Norton Rose LLP, Dibb Lupton Alsop and Macfarlanes.
